After working as an RN for the past 10 years, I felt like I wasn't helping my community as much as I knew I could. I have experience in Home Care, Pediatrics, ICU, Med-surge, and more. Although I loved my various positions, I started to get overworked and frustrated at the current healthcare model. Nursing had gone from educating and connecting with people (actually helping) to high patient ratios and a pharmaceutical dominant industry. There is not a lot of "getting to the root-cause" nor helpful education to allow people to take control of their health and figure out what option works best for them. Allow me to be your co-pilot and give evidence based resources and tools to help you get to your goals and dreams. I am here to help co-create with you and get you to YOUR healthy; whatever they may be.
